About DMCESE

The Workshop “Data management in connected environments for sustainable development and environmental protection” is a virtual event organized by the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá (UTP), the Université de Pau et Pays de l’Adour (UPPA) and the École Nationale Supérieure d’Électronique, Informatique, Télécommunications, Mathématique et Mécanique de Bordeaux (ENSEIRB-MATMECA). This event has the collaboration of the IEEE Computer Society (CS) and the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) and it is financed by the Fondo Solidaridad Proyectos Innovadores “ARCHAC” of the Servicio de Cooperación y de Acción Cultural para América Central (SCAC).

This workshop aims to identify and promote technological solutions to problems related to environmental management and sustainable development. This event includes technical presentations in the latest technology developments and innovations in fields that drive the utility and the potential of connected environments.

The Workshop “Data management in connected environments for sustainable development and environmental protection” is an activity to promote the creation of the Multidisciplinary Research center France – Central America.

You can apply as a lecturer or participant for this workshop. If your nomination is accepted the participation is completely free.

Abstract Submission

Submissions must be in an electronic form as PDF format and should be uploaded using the workshop website. The submitted abstract should be at most 2 IEEE single-space printed pages. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 peer reviewers. Reviewers notify authors with the final decision. At least one author should attend the workshop to present the study.

Paper Publication
